Information Collection & Use
Registration
In order to purchase items from this Web site, you must first complete the registration
form and create a user name and password. During registration you are required to
give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information
to complete the shipping process for items ordered, or to contact you about the
services on our site in which you have expressed interest. You have the option to
provide demographic information (such as income level and gender) to us; we encourage
you to submit this information so we can provide you a more personalized experience
on our site. You may receive an email from our site should you request one during
the process of password recovery. Crater Jewellery Design is the sole owner of the
information collected on CRATER.COM. Crater Jewellery Design collects personally
identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable
information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such
as name, email, and shipping address). Financial information (such as credit card
number, expiration date) is collected and managed by PayPal as financial broker
for all transactions. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your
orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to
contact you. On a successful order transaction, you will receive an email from PayPal
containing your invoice. You may also receive an email from CRATER.COM if there
were any problems fulfilling your order.
Surveys or Contests
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests
or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable
information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary
and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The
requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping
address), and demographic information (such as zip code). We use this information
to notify contest winners and award prizes, to monitor site traffic, to improve
our site through knowledge of our visitor demographics, and to send participants
an email newsletter (if they elected to be added to the newsletter mailing list).

friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. CRATER.COM stores
this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking

Uses of Information
The name and physical address information collected is used to ship products ordered.
The telephone number is used to contact purchasers in the case of a problem with
the order.

and your purchasing history, to information in the profile, in order to provide
tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the site
for you. We do not share your profile with other third parties.

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We DO NOT share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our
partners and advertisers.
Personally Identifiable Information:
We DO NOT share personally identifiable information with Third Parties. Specifically,
when you complete your purchase through PayPal, you must enter your personally identifiable
information on the PayPal site yourself. Crater Jewellery Design is only notified
of the payment status (complete or not).
Agents
We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing
company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share,
store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
Legal Disclaimer
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required
by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or
to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our

Choice/Opt-out/Opt-in
Crater Jewellery Design believes in the Opt-in model for communication. This means

request it. The notable exception to this is during the order fulfillment process
